There was no major surprises in the Bray Rapidplay this afternoon, with Ross Beatty getting the pick of the draws in what is an Open tournament.

The Branagan B finished their campaign with a 3-3 draw in Inchicore last night to bring to an end a very satisfactory campaign – over the board at least!
Last night saw both the William Brennan B and the Branagan A team in action, and it ended without a single win for St Benildus, though the Branagan team were at least tantalisingly close to making the semis.
The William Brennan A team went down by the narrowest of margins in a rearranged home game in Malahide last night.
A draw from sub Ross Beatty meant the Branagan B avoided a whitewash against the Armstrong champions last night.
