The Bodley North and, at the second time of asking, the O’Hanlon are off the mark for the new season, and although both lost, we did pick up what will likely end up as one of the results of the season.

The 2017/18 season is now underway, with five of our seven teams having played their first match of the season in the past week.
The inaugural St Andrew’s Classic is on in a fortnight’s time, from 29th Sept to 1st Oct. Although the league teams are now more or less set, this is a good chance to de-rust ahead of the league season. It’s as local an event as there is on the calendar, and it’s being run by Ross – so we’d strongly encourage as many as possible from the club to sign up! You can do so here

With another season upon us, we can commit last year’s club fixtures to the safekeeping of the archive vault.
Entries are now open for the 2017 Frank Scott Shield, which will start in mid-October. The list of current entries is below; you can join by posting here, dropping me a text or putting your name in up the club. With every single previous winner having sat the Leaving Cert in the summer, there’s guaranteed to be a new name on the trophy this year.
