Note that Trinity have changed their home matches to Saturday afternoons from Tuesday evenings – this will affect both Armstrong teams, who will now face Trinity at 2:30 on Sat 13th Jan and Sat 3rd March respectively.

The Boomtown Rats was the music of choice on the way out to last night’s Bodley match in Blanchardstown, but the King Rat wasn’t the only one averse to Mondays after the Bodley North came back with a 5-0 hammering and a team-full of off days.
To partially tick off an outstanding item from the last two club AGMs, here‘s an initial list (xls download) of what’s in the club’s library at present.
We’d ask those who have items out at present (noted on the attachment) to bring them back up the club before Christmas – they can be checked out again, but we want to give others a chance to read/watch!

Congratulations to Des Carroll on the arrival of the club’s newest member, Tom, who was born on Friday and is already (I presume!) studying the latest lines of the King’s Gambit!

The Bodley South have extended their lead at the top of the table with an excellent win over second placed Rathmines B.
