There is, as hinted at yesterday, a revision to tomorrow’s club championships finale.
For those looking to dust off ahead of the new leagues season, or to gain a final few points to try jump a board, there are two weekenders coming up in Dublin in September.
After a summer where Benildus players saw action in Dresden, Paisley, Andorra and Stillorgan, autumn kicks off with action coming from the European Youth Championships in Riga.
Round 3 saw three players starting on 2/2 – but only one of those made it to 3/3 as Gerry exacted revenge for his final-round defeat last year.
Ben has won the first of the honours over the 9 days of the Irish championships, winning the Irish Challengers weekender with a score of 4½/5.
